HP655 Notebook needs BIOS update after upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 8 1 problem with Realtek driver

HP655 Notebook needs BIOS update after upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 8 1 problem with Realtek driver

Problem:
After upgrading Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 Realtek PCIe GBE Ethernet LAN will not work on a HP 655 Notebook, and it will be signed with yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager.

Solution:
BIOS update

HP 655
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors)
VERSION:
F.27
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64501-65000/sp64675.exe

(Now only this solution works. Realtek driver updtate from HP or Realtek dont work.)

HP 250 G1 Notebook Windows 7 LAN driver

HP 250 G1 Notebook Windows 7 LAN driver

Realtek Ethernet Controller Driver

Ralink 802.11 b/g/n WiFi Adapter

Update:
It seems HP finally "did the homework" and put the correct Windows 7 LAN driver to the 250 G1 driver list.
Here is the download link.
(If this driver at the last link does not work, see the first link, that certainly works.)

Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse and Windows 8 1 Misleading notebook built in Bluetooth adapter

Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse and Windows 8 1 Misleading notebook built in Bluetooth adapter

The configuration:
-Sony Vaio Notebook (older edition)
-Windows 8.1
-Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse

Sony Vaio with Windows 8.1 cant recognise the Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse.
The built-in bluetooth adapter works fine, bacause it recognises e.g. cell phone with bluetooth or other bluetooth mouse.
Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse is compatible with Windows 8.1.
Where is the problem?
This Sony Vaio notebook was originally shipped with Windows 7, then was reinstalled to Windows 8.1.
(Anyway Windows 8.1 works fine with older Vaio.)
So it was neccesarry to buy a cheap Bluetooth 4.0 Micro USB adapter.
This solved the problem.

How to check your device to see if its Bluetooth 4.0 enabled?
