Windows 7 gadgets color or display error
Windows 7 + Internet Explorer 11 + higher resolution, than 100%
Windows 7 weather gadget will change color and some programs starting normally, but only viewed on tray.
Fix:
Gadgets work fine again when you change the DPI (Display Size Settings) to 100% Smaller Fonts.
