The MP600 does have one new feature, of which Canon is inordinately proud: a manipulate wheel on the entrance panel thats similar to the press wheel on the Apple iPod. Essentially, you rotate the wheel to move although the menu alternatives on the liquid crystal display monitor, then press a button to make choices. Canon maintains that the wheel makes the MP600s menus a lot less difficult to use, however I to find that its too handy to overshoot the menu option i am aiming for.
