How Pin and unpin application on Start Menu Windows 10
To pin an appilcation to the Start menu as a tile, find the app in the Start menu, right-click on it, and click Pin to Start, or drag it and drop it into the tile section of the Start menu. To unpin a tile from the Start menu, right-click on the tile and click Unpin from Start. You cannot yet pin websites or files to the Start menu by dragging and dropping them, though a "Pin to Start menu" tooltip does pop up if you drag a website or a file over the Windows button.
