1. Open a Command Prompt as Administrator (Cltr+Shift+Enter)

2. Type:

reg.exe add "HKLMSystemCurrentControlSetServicesatapiController0" /f /v EnumDevice1 /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001

Press Enter

3. Reboot
